Bunun en a\u00e7\u0131k ispat\u0131 da\u00a0Intel\u00a0gibi b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015firketlerin de\u00a0<strong>SSD<\/strong>\u00a0pazar\u0131na girmesinde sakl\u0131 asl\u0131nda. Hal b\u00f6yle olunca, bir\u00a0<strong>hacker<\/strong>, flash \u00e7ip programc\u0131s\u0131 kullanan verileri okuyan NAND \u00e7iplerinin kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 SSD&#8217;leri kolayca hackleyebiliyor. Bu s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcler, hareketli manyetik disklerin bulundu\u011fu sabit disklere oranla daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck g\u00fc\u00e7 t\u00fcketimi, y\u00fcksek dayan\u0131kl\u0131l\u0131k, hafiflik ve etkili performans gibi \u00f6zelliklere sahiptir. Fiyatlar\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015fmeye ba\u015flamas\u0131yla laptoplar ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere bir\u00e7ok cihazda kullan\u0131lmaya ba\u015flanan <strong>SSD disklerin \u00fczerlerine kaydedilen verileri silmemek gibi \u00e7ok tehlikeli bir yan etkisi de var.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>NAND flash tabanl\u0131 ve Samsung taraf\u0131ndan geli\u015ftirilmi\u015f bu yeni nesil depolama \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm\u00fc SSD\u2019ler hali haz\u0131rda kullan\u0131lan hard disklere k\u0131yasla \u00e7ok daha h\u0131zl\u0131lar, mekanik par\u00e7a bulundurmad\u0131klar\u0131 i\u00e7in d\u0131\u015f etkilere kar\u015f\u0131 daha dayan\u0131kl\u0131lar, ilk a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f ve eri\u015fim h\u0131zlar\u0131 daha y\u00fcksek ve de ar\u0131za yapma olas\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fckt\u00fcr. Yani HDD\u2019lerde oldu\u011fu gibi verilerin s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcde nereye yaz\u0131laca\u011f\u0131na bilgisayar de\u011fil, diskteki kontrolc\u00fc elemanlar karar verir. Bu y\u00fczden veriler tek tek silinmek yerine ancak k\u00fcmeler halinde silinebilir. Silme i\u015flemi de uzun s\u00fcrd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnden bitlik veriler i\u00e7in bile t\u00fcm k\u00fcme okunur, \u00fczerinde de\u011fi\u015fiklik yap\u0131l\u0131r ve yeniden yaz\u0131l\u0131r. Eski bilginin bulundu\u011fu alan sonradan silinmek \u00fczere i\u015faretlenip \u00f6ylece b\u0131rak\u0131l\u0131r. \u0130\u015fte bundan \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar sabit diskler \u00fczerinde veri silinmesinde en etkili y\u00f6ntemler olan Gutmann (35 kez), NSA (7 kez) ve Us DoD 5220.22-M (3 kez) gibi methodlar\u0131 denediklerinde bile SSD\u2019lerde ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olamam\u0131\u015flar, aksine \u00f6nemli miktarda verinin hala disk \u00fczerinde kald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tespit etmi\u015flerdir: SSD-veri-silme-kurtarma Ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131lar 1000 MB\u2019l\u0131k verinin silinip geri getirilmesi testinde (yukar\u0131daki grafik) baz\u0131 \u00f6zel silme y\u00f6ntemlerinin hi\u00e7 ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olamad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, \u00e7ok g\u00fcvenilen tekniklerin ise maalesef HDD\u2019lerde sergiledikleri ba\u015far\u0131y\u0131 SSD\u2019lerde g\u00f6stermediklerini ortaya koydular.
